February 21, 2025I called Wick's with an urgent electrical problem at my home on a Friday. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Steve, Cathy and Dre at Wick's. They went out of their way to make sure my house had power and above all is safe to have the power on. The team at Wick's are friendly, professional, helpful and do a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised at their very reasonable pricing for an end of the week urgent callout. Wick's will be my first call for any electrical issues I have and I will be happily recommending them to my friends and family.

August 21, 2024A Wicks Electric team came to our house to assemble and mount a large overhead dining room fixture. The work was done quickly and efficiently and with the least disruption of our home by two friendly electricians. On time, on budget. I was so impressed I arranged for a further electrical project in the immediate future. High marks.

May 21, 2025Despite the many good reviews, I did not have the best experience with Wicks. Pros: punctual, friendly, and polite... but then the pros end there Cons: poor work that needed fixing by another company Unfortunately when I hired Wicks to install a couple of bathroom fans for me the work was not done well, and ultimately I had to remove the fans myself and hired a different company to complete the work properly. Disappointed that despite the fact the person they sent was extremely friendly, that person also failed to check their own work before leaving (and damaged the drywall as well). Because of this I did not trust Wick's to fix this issue and went with Vancity Electric instead who did an excellent job.

Thanks to her efforts, I was scheduled in much sooner than expected. Adam came by to inspect my broken doorbell and suggested a faster and more cost-effective solution to replace the old system. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d definitely recommend them!

January 21, 2025We had a great experience with Wicks 5 years ago when getting some renovations to my newly purchased property. We recently had to move into a larger place and needed some electrical work done yet again. The quality of work that was done by the electricians 5 years ago and now today (between both Brandin and Andre) was fantastic. They had clear communication, very personable, and did great quality work that we are pleased with. They were happy to answer several general questions I had as well. Should we need additional electrical work done we'll be coming back.
