They went out of their way to make sure my house had power and above all is safe to have the power on. The team at Wick's are friendly, professional, helpful and do a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised at their very reasonable pricing for an end of the week urgent callout. Wick's will be my first call for any electrical issues I have and I will be happily recommending them to my friends and family.

I used wicks because of all of the wonderful reviews and couldn’t be happier!!! I had Andre install new wall lights in my bathroom. He communicated he was running behind. The work was done efficiently and exactly what I wanted. He was super friendly answered all the questions I had about doing other lights with suggestions. We hired Wicks Electric to upgrade the electrical panel and rewire the entire system in our newly renovated house in Vancouver. From start to finish, their crew was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They handled all permits and inspections without delays, and the workmanship was top-tier. The upgraded panel and modern wiring gave us peace of mind and brought everything up to current code. Highly recommend Wicks Electric for any residential electrical work—these guys are experts.

Despite the many good reviews, I did not have the best experience with Wicks. Pros: punctual, friendly, and polite... but then the pros end there Cons: poor work that needed fixing by another company Unfortunately when I hired Wicks to install a couple of bathroom fans for me the work was not done well, and ultimately I had to remove the fans myself and hired a different company to complete the work properly. Disappointed that despite the fact the person they sent was extremely friendly, that person also failed to check their own work before leaving (and damaged the drywall as well). Because of this I did not trust Wick's to fix this issue and went with Vancity Electric instead who did an excellent job.

We had a great experience with Wicks Electric. Starting with the initial phone conversation and email thread, I felt really comfortable with the process and all the costs were very transparent from the get-go. When the technician Liam came out, he was very prepared with the potential parts he needed to fix a wonky three-way switch, and patiently answered our questions. I’d be happy to use their services in the future.

There were a few initial challenges in finding a suitable time for the appointment, but Marianne was proactive and kept me in mind for any earlier openings. Thanks to her efforts, I was scheduled in much sooner than expected. Adam came by to inspect my broken doorbell and suggested a faster and more cost-effective solution to replace the old system. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d definitely recommend them!
