December 21, 2024I called Wick's with an urgent electrical problem at my home on a Friday. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Steve, Cathy and Dre at Wick's. They went out of their way to make sure my house had power and above all is safe to have the power on. The team at Wick's are friendly, professional, helpful and do a great job. I was also pleasantly surprised at their very reasonable pricing for an end of the week urgent callout. Wick's will be my first call for any electrical issues I have and I will be happily recommending them to my friends and family.

Starting with the initial phone conversation and email thread, I felt really comfortable with the process and all the costs were very transparent from the get-go. When the technician Liam came out, he was very prepared with the potential parts he needed to fix a wonky three-way switch, and patiently answered our questions. The work was done efficiently and exactly what I wanted. He was super friendly answered all the questions I had about doing other lights with suggestions. My last tech, Adam, solved a number of issues I didn't even know I had relating to my dimmer set up and some phantom powered cables in the wall from a previous owner.
