I strongly urge anyone who is trying to save money by hiring less than the BEST to rethink their strategy. I wasted time, money and a great deal of stress economizing. When I failed to get my problem resolved, I researched well-reviewed companies and found Wicks Electric. After my initial enquiry, Marianne sent me an email clarifying everything - no details spared. I was then lucky enough to have my service call answered by the CEO himself, Adam. He arrived within 2 hours and set to work quickly. It was immediately obvious to me that he was highly experienced and competent... not to mention cheerful and friendly. I live in an old house and electrical problems are not uncommon and can sometimes be very difficult. But Adam new exactly how to resolve my issue and he did it with speed and professionalism. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this company. Bite the bullet and pay for 100% satisfaction. You will not regret it.

I've used Wicks Electic's services a couple times now and every time has been absolutley brilliant. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly technicians who really go the extra mile. My last tech, Adam, solved a number of issues I didn't even know I had relating to my dimmer set up and some phantom powered cables in the wall from a previous owner. We needed a service call to replace some old pot fixtures to LED ones. Wicks Electric was able to get us someone same week and the gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and was able to get the job done pretty quickly with minimum disturbance. High recommend.

We had a great experience with Wicks 5 years ago when getting some renovations to my newly purchased property. We recently had to move into a larger place and needed some electrical work done yet again. The quality of work that was done by the electricians 5 years ago and now today (between both Brandin and Andre) was fantastic. They had clear communication, very personable, and did great quality work that we are pleased with. They were happy to answer several general questions I had as well. Should we need additional electrical work done we'll be coming back.

I used wicks because of all of the wonderful reviews and couldn’t be happier!!! I had Andre install new wall lights in my bathroom. He communicated he was running behind. The work was done efficiently and exactly what I wanted. He was super friendly answered all the questions I had about doing other lights with suggestions. I am so happy and will use them for all my electrical projects in the future!!!! Big shout out to Andre 😀😀😀😀😀

The male receptionist they have was great but the philipino lady with the thick accent they got following up/scheduling the appointments is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Called me twice and both times, 30-40secs mid conversations she would just “ok thank you” and hang up the call. I would try to call her back and would get sent to voicemail. I’m sure they record their calls, they should review her conversations because god knows how many other clients she’s lost the company.

There were a few initial challenges in finding a suitable time for the appointment, but Marianne was proactive and kept me in mind for any earlier openings. Thanks to her efforts, I was scheduled in much sooner than expected. Adam came by to inspect my broken doorbell and suggested a faster and more cost-effective solution to replace the old system. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d definitely recommend them!

Awesome Experience!! We had the Wicks team work on our new CNC machine. There team was very knowledgeable, professional, and completed the work in the time quoted. Will definitely use them for our next Project. 13/10!
