Adam made my small and non-urgent job important, communicated with me to find a time that worked and kept me posted. Really appreciated. Very professional and respectful. 100% focused on what needed to be done while on sight and took time to ensure I understood what had happened and gave me further guidance above the original ask. I’ve already recommended him to my neighbours. He also loves dogs, very important!

July 21, 2025There were a few initial challenges in finding a suitable time for the appointment, but Marianne was proactive and kept me in mind for any earlier openings. Thanks to her efforts, I was scheduled in much sooner than expected. Adam came by to inspect my broken doorbell and suggested a faster and more cost-effective solution to replace the old system. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d definitely recommend them!

The work was done quickly and efficiently and with the least disruption of our home by two friendly electricians. On time, on budget. I was so impressed I arranged for a further electrical project in the immediate future. High marks.

Exceptional customer service and quick response. Had a very old rusty outdoor GFCI replaced. Service all round was a 10/10. I will definitely contact Wicks in the future for any electrical work.

The work was done efficiently and exactly what I wanted. He was super friendly answered all the questions I had about doing other lights with suggestions. Communication was solid throughout—especially around scheduling. Even though they arrived later than expected, they kept me updated and still managed to get everything done on time. Would recommend.
