We had a great experience with Wicks Electric. Starting with the initial phone conversation and email thread, I felt really comfortable with the process and all the costs were very transparent from the get-go. When the technician Liam came out, he was very prepared with the potential parts he needed to fix a wonky three-way switch, and patiently answered our questions. I’d be happy to use their services in the future.

There were a few initial challenges in finding a suitable time for the appointment, but Marianne was proactive and kept me in mind for any earlier openings. Thanks to her efforts, I was scheduled in much sooner than expected. Adam came by to inspect my broken doorbell and suggested a faster and more cost-effective solution to replace the old system. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d definitely recommend them!

I've used Wicks twice now, & both times the technicians were wonderful! They've done fantastic work; making old lines dead, hanging a chandelier, & moving a humidifier button around. Highly recommend.

I used wicks because of all of the wonderful reviews and couldn’t be happier!!! I had Andre install new wall lights in my bathroom. He communicated he was running behind. The work was done efficiently and exactly what I wanted. He was super friendly answered all the questions I had about doing other lights with suggestions. A Wicks Electric team came to our house to assemble and mount a large overhead dining room fixture. The work was done quickly and efficiently and with the least disruption of our home by two friendly electricians. On time, on budget.
