We had a great experience with Wicks Electric. Starting with the initial phone conversation and email thread, I felt really comfortable with the process and all the costs were very transparent from the get-go. When the technician Liam came out, he was very prepared with the potential parts he needed to fix a wonky three-way switch, and patiently answered our questions. We have used Wicks Electric for many jobs and they are always very professional, punctual and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them!

There were a few initial challenges in finding a suitable time for the appointment, but Marianne was proactive and kept me in mind for any earlier openings. Thanks to her efforts, I was scheduled in much sooner than expected. Adam came by to inspect my broken doorbell and suggested a faster and more cost-effective solution to replace the old system. Overall, a very positive experience — I’d definitely recommend them!

I used wicks because of all of the wonderful reviews and couldn’t be happier!!! I had Andre install new wall lights in my bathroom. He communicated he was running behind. The work was done efficiently and exactly what I wanted. He was super friendly answered all the questions I had about doing other lights with suggestions.
