I was then lucky enough to have my service call answered by the CEO himself, Adam. He arrived within 2 hours and set to work quickly. It was immediately obvious to me that he was highly experienced and competent... not to mention cheerful and friendly. I live in an old house and electrical problems are not uncommon and can sometimes be very difficult. But Adam new exactly how to resolve my issue and he did it with speed and professionalism.
