Staff Meetings – Then and Now
We loved our bi-weekly Monday morning staff meetings where the electrician and office teams gets together to openly communicate and brainstorm ways to improve job performance. Of course now we are doing virtual Zoom meetings. But everyone still has an equal opportunity to give their input and share an experience. The purpose is to find effective solutions that work as a team and inspire leadership on and off the job-site.
