We recently complete this project upgrading the entire electrical system and adding additional lighting. It is always gratifying to see the final product and the smiles on the homeowners faces! Successful systems surrounding communication, transparency and quality is our recipe for success every time.
We were happy to help our friends at Robinson Lighting and Bath Centre on Cambie this week updating their store lighting and displays. As the recommended Electrical Contractor for Robinson it was nice to have a chance to work alongside them directly and bring their new and improved vision to light.
We wish all our fellow British Colombians a wonderful, relaxing and safe long weekend. We hope you can get out into the great outdoors and enjoy all the beauty BC has to offer. We’ll be back at it next week, rested, relaxed and renewed!
All of us at Wicks Electric wish you a Happy Canada Day! Be safe and have fun while enjoying this great country of ours. With hot summer days ahead call us for all your electrical needs: new fans, air conditioners, outdoor lighting and anything else, indoor or outdoor that you may need to improve your living space!
We will starting rough wiring soon for this Powers Construction luxury home. As our stellar reputation grows we are teaming up with more and more of Vancouver’s elite builders. We are looking forward to working with the awesome team at Powers, who have been such a pleasure to work with in the early stages of this massive project.
It’s that time of year when service requests go from electric fireplaces and baseboard heaters to air conditioners and ceiling fans! For all your electrical needs any time of year the Wicks crew is here to make your home more functional and comfortable.
|Adam has raised over $6000 for homeless youth and will be sleeping on the street tonight. |
A huge thank you to everyone who have helped with this amazing cause. I am deeply touched by all those who have donated.
8 degrees and rainy is the weather prediction for this evening.. It’s a reminder that so many of the youth we are raising funds for experience homelessness in the wet and uncomfortable weather we often experience herein Vancouver.
At Sleep Out, I’ll have some protection from the cold, wet weather. Young people facing homelessness are not as lucky. They’re often on the street with nothing but the clothes on their backs, with no shelter to protect them from the rainy conditions. Covenant House’s doors are open 24/7, 365 days a year, to offer them safety and sanctuary.
Usually busy meeting clients and securing new contracts Adam loves to strap on the tools and work with the crew every opportunity he gets. Team work makes the dream work!
The tradition continues! Every year Adam treats the crew to lunch and a pint of Guinness to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Many of us have Irish roots, especially the Wicks clan. May your Irish eyes be smiling!
After our snowy weather of late it is nice to see the white stuff melting away and this view teases of the promise that spring is coming soon. For all your electrical needs – no matter what the season we’re here for you – ready to tackle your project!
