What is NPS?

NPS measures customer loyalty and satisfaction by asking one simple question: “How likely are you to recommend Wicks Electric to others?” The score is categorized into three groups:

  • Detractors (0–6): Unhappy customers who might not recommend our services.
  • Passives (7–8): Satisfied but not enthusiastic customers.
  • Promoters (9–10): Loyal customers who actively recommend us to others.
