Shangri-La !
This week we completed the electrical reno of the rooftop courtyard at Shangri-La. New lighting, outlets and fixtures complete this magical spot on the highest building in Canada. The panoramic view of the city is second to none!
Photo Shoot!
Last week we were called by Booje Media to install this chandelier for a photo shoot for designer Jillian Harris. The date was changed a few times and the timeline was tight….pick up the fixture from Robinson Lighting have it installed by 9 am and remove it by 11 am. Booje was thrilled that (of course!) we were on time and everything went off without a hitch.
Safety First!
At Wicks Electric safety comes first! When the homeowner asked us to fix this malfunctioning light we put up scaffolding to be sure it would be safe for our crew. It may have been reachable from our long ladder but due to the awkward location it would have meant leaning over and potentially losing balance. The homeowner was in complete agreement even if it took a while longer and was pleased that we take our crews’ safety so seriously.
Another Busy Week!
One of the jobs completed this week was the electrical on this reno. New lighting, switches and plugs really modernized the home and the owners were very pleased with our work. For all your electrical needs, big or small you can count on Wicks Electric to surpass your expectations!
